My step.

Not at this time of the year but during the summer months I love to sit on the doorstep and look at the garden and here is a photo of someone else doing the same.

It's probably bad behaviour to watch a lady bathing but Mrs blackbird had just been doing exactly that in the birdbath close to my door, she then sat on my step to preen.

I went to RF's for lunch today, we then took the dogs for a local walk across the golf course before making a lovely Turkey and bacon pie for dinner.

It's now a brightly lit clear and starry night.
