Moqueca
Moqueca with rice.
Moqueca is a seafood stew from the Brazilian state of Bahia. Its key flavors are coconut milk and dendê (red palm) oil. I used cod in this one. This is the first time I’ve made my own, and my half Brazilian other half endorses its flavor as proper.
