I have quite flock of Blue Tits visiting feeders. I'm always happy to see them.

Not so happy that my 83 year old neighbour was scammed. All contacts lifted from her iPad.  So yesterday I got an e asking me could I do something for her please. I replied yes, then came the scam e. I went to see her to check and of course she'd sent me nothing. So beware folks : scammers are getting more cunning.

Mac had just done a huge update, so apart from everything looking odd all seems well.

Heard on Woman's Hour this morning from a Geriatrician : " sitting is the new smoking ", so keep moving folks
