Red Sky in The Morning

They say that red sky in the morning is a shepherd’s warning, but it has been a lovely sunny day.
May be the warning was to tell us about the ice.
Really treacherous. It took a while to defrost the car. So glad we have a heated windscreen as well as the rear window.

Fortunately the roads were clear for our short journey to the farm shop to restock after Christmas.
They weren’t very busy today. Probably because there will be no New Years Eve parties this year.

3 pm and although the sun is still shining it is freezing outside. The snow certainly hasn’t melted at all.

Stay safe, and take are in the icy conditions, although I expect some of you haven’t seen any snow.
