Begloved

The roads were covered in slush and ice still but I fancied a bit of fresh air so got some layers on and took myself out the back for a workout - indoor cycling outdoors if you like. Winter alfresco. Summat like that.

Bits and bobs the rest of the day. Back to work tomorrow, but there's football on telly to look forward to before that. Bring it on!
