City Egret

I had a couple of little jobs to do this morning after a nice lie in . Once back from the shops I decided to go for a walk along the riverbanks in search of a blip. A cold morning with a little bit of frost left from a frosty start to the day . Saw a few bits but nothing  much worth blipping. As I returned on way way home nearly back when I spotted this Egret on the banks of the Witham . I managed a few shots one of which was as it flew up i grabbed a shot in flight as it went behind the branches of a tree would have made a great shot with the Cathedral in the background so have included that as an extra along with a couple of other shots . Sorry it another Bird shot but a shot worth sharing .
Back home grabbed some lunch and then went and picked Julie up from her Mum & dads. A walk with Julie to get her blip and now back home with no plans to go out.
A relaxing evening with some Netflix viewing and general TV viewing.
In other news the UK have got a Brexit deal in place , a 2nd Covid vaccine has been given the go ahead but on a negative side we are set to go into Tier 4 from Midnight thankfully I will still be at work as the building industry is to keep on building . Stay safe and take care everyone .
