A wee sprinkling of the white stuff.

After the sprinkling of snow overnight, this was the view from our window this morning. It was enough to invite me outdoors with my camera, especially when the sun made a sneaky appearance. I took a fancy to the delicate dried grass in the orchard area where the snow was clinging on with a bit of assistance from the low temperature; then I couldn't resist the lovely red cotoneaster berries, just to preserve that contented Christmassy feeling.
