Poached Quince

A ghastly 1/2 bottle of M&S-not-at-their - -finest mulled wine was used up very well transforming these quinces into something lovely for breakfast.... the feasting carries on to pass the rather uniform hours of a lockdown vacation!
Otherwise today consisted of a long walk, a trip to the bottle bank and not much else!
