Feels like a Sunday

The days between Christmas and new year often blend into one and this year is no exception - woke up convinced it was Sunday!

Still a bit snowy and icy but managed not to fall over when I took Phin out for his pre lunch walk so I’m treating that as a win. Quiet afternoon before making honey chilli chicken for dinner. Simple recipe but it takes a wee bit of time to brown the chicken in batches.
