New pottery

Mrs BR was given this pottery for Christmas by our daughter. She likes this particular artist (Mark Smith Ceramics) but was surprised and delighted to be given this!

Miss T has started her driving lessons and has got her own little car. She drove along the west coast today and said that she is starting to feel less nervous. We will take her out once she has had a few more lessons.

This evening we have rescued Izzy and Tilly and their mum Charlotte as she had parked her car to walk the dogs and then it wouldn’t start again. They were in a very remote area and sitting in the pitch dark! Thankfully we were able to start it from our car and They were soon on their way home. Our son was out for a dinner with some work friends and so couldn’t be contacted.

It is good news that the Oxford vaccine is now approved and that hopefully things will soon improve for everyone. It’s hard to remember what ‘normal’ is!
