Leftovers cook-a-thon

Turkey soup, turkey stew, turkey pasta! And possibly turkey salad, sandwiches and curry still to come. That's what happens when you order a Christmas turkey in October to serve the usual ten or so and there's only two of you due to COVID restrictions!
