Pancake Day - The power of Blip!

Got home late and had work to do so was going to sack off Pancakes, but the knowledge of missing a potential blip (albeit not a great action shot) and the challenge laid down by a fellow blipper made me put something else in front of work instead. Glad I did. This, as all mine are, was a sweet one with a refreshing shot of lemon.
