Book Tour, Again

The cool thing about handing out my book is reconnecting with people I have not seen in years. Today’s connection was Isamar. She was such a great student, and always very much an advocate for her culture. Now she is graduated from college, and she is working for a local community college, helping Latino first year students in their collegiate beginning. So many of my students are doing such great things. That is rewarding.
