Happy New Year

Spent the morning at some sculpture gardens over on the Kaipara coast. They have a new exhibition for 2021 in which many of the pieces refer to the travails of the past year. The main is called #Hashtag Wish Tree and contains ribbons on which you can write a wish. The first extra shows the exterior of the piece which is by Rosemary Li, yours for the princely sum of $15,000NZ. Second extra is called In An Octopus's Garden which is by Margeret Johnson and is crocheted out of copper wire. Off out now for a New Year dinner, hope everyone has a great NYE. Beach views will resume in 2021.
