Squash soup

Sewing progressing in fits and starts. Put in a couple of hours while the light was good.
Now giving the eyes a break, and cooking-up a butternut squash. Easy peasey: squash, stock & butter, but utterly delicious. I've discovered that a 1lb jam jar= 1 serving, so I bottle it up and store it in the fridge. Re-heat when needed, and stir in a bit of grated parmesan for added oomph.
