This is a lapel badge that came with a characterful electronic instrument: the device is called a Thyme (created by Bastl from Brno, Czechia), and this sign is on it, so this is a sign of the Thyme...? The logo seems to be a combination of peace sign, smiley face, and, um, other things?! I'm not sure...
In any case, it is characterful and seems optimistic and playful.
The Thyme itself is characterful and playful (it is described as a "robot-operated digital tape machine"), and is mostly useful for processing other devices, delivering a wide range of weird outcomes including delay effects, looping, comb filtering, feedback, and Karplus-Strong synthesis (for ringing resonant sounds). 

New Year's Resolution will be to press record and share some sounds, grooves, and explorations.
