Put Your Lights On

My wife put the yard lights on (candles and torches) at the cottage for celebrating New Year's Eve. It started to snow in the afternoon so we have a thin snow cover of the landscape - see extra and compare with yesterday's extra.

We had a video call with my mum. They had given her a shower today, which meant as usually that she was exhausted. She is so afraid of falling during these showers straining all her remaining muscles explaining the impacts. So we could not really talk. My sister told us that she had claimed to be quite ok.
