Farewell 2020

The last day of a memorable year!

Along the Lea Valley Walk this area was flooded in the recent rains, and since then has been frozen over each morning when I have been there (I don't know if it has stayed frozen all day, I didn't go back to check).

I held off taking the new BP meds until after I got back from my walk this morning, just in case of any side effects. Fortunately, this one doesn't need to be taken an hour before food or anything like that, and there were no unexpected side effects.
