Arizona Trail

Jen and I went on a great little walk along part of the Arizona trail.  I didn't know but it is over 800 miles long and goes all the way pass the Grand Canyon and into Utah!   The trail head is about 3 min. from the house and will definitely go back again.  The dog - Moose- loved it too and all the kids that passed us loved him !    A great day.   Andy and I spent 3 hours in the kitchen making sushi rice, Tom Yum hot and sour soup, and then the sushi.    He was a great sous chef and we plan on making sushi again.   Jen took pictures of us making it,  so will try and get one posted shortly.    Thanks for stopping by and I wish all of you a Happy New Year and pray that your 2021 is a whole lot better and filled with family, friends and great adventures.     Blessings from Arizona!!
