Happy New Year!

2020, it’s been a tough one. Felt like we’ve been trapped in some weird movie for most of it. I did choose today to finally watch Contagion which very much added to that feeling!
Hopeful and ready for the joy I’m expecting to come in with the Spring. Even though picture albums don’t tell the full story I love looking back at them and feeling thankful for all the good moments, many not as we’d planned this year but they were still good. There were lots of smiles (amidst the tears not pictured) and I want to remember and be thankful for them.
One thing has remained in 2020 and that is my faith in God and his faithfulness to me which has got me through and gives me endless hope. So cheers to 2020, the year when I saw my little brother get married with a big party to treasure, I watched Stereophonics, went to Wembley, Villa survived relegation and have propelled themselves to winning form and we celebrated 50 years of marriage for my Mum and Dad! And here’s to 2021 and more good times ahead!
