Christmas lights on a misty night

On my evening walk with our dog, I pass this small stand of eucalypts.

Each year they are lit by one of those kaleidoscope laser lights.  This was taken from behind the floodlit tree.  The laser is positioned behind the top of the fence just in front of the house.  There's also a street light behind the right hand tree.

Light cloud with a fairly stiff breeze.

No idea why the clouds appear purple (I did not touch this up) but there's clearly ambient light from behind the house so perhaps there was a light mist that caught the plume of other Christmas lights in the street behind the house.
