Not giving up

We saw in the New Year and were in bed not long afterwards.  That's the first time in many, many years that we've not been with friends.

It's been drizzly for most of the day and this morning JJ packed away the tree and decorations for another year.  It's always nice to get the house back to normal.

This afternoon we've had a stroll through the woods but were surprised at how many large numbers of people were around.  Social distancing still doesn't seem to be getting through to people even in outdoor settings.
