Winter warmer

The new year starts here! I hope you all had a fab New Year’s Eve.

Ours was spent enjoying good food, (alcohol free) wine and watching the local fireworks from our bedroom window.

The only downer was our Mr A’s choice of entertainment. Just when I thought 2020 couldn’t possibly get any worse, we watched ‘Gremlins 2: The New batch’. Absolute rubbish!

Today got off to a great start, with my weekly shower and dressing change; I feel fresh as a daisy!

We can once again say ‘we’re getting married this year’ and we’ve hatched a plan b, just in case my leg doesn’t behave itself; always best to hope for the best but prepare for the worst eh?

We’ve had a chilled out day, with feet firmly up; watching The Crown and keeping warm with hot spiced apple that Mr A makes to perfection :-)
