A cold, frosty New Year's Day .....

..... and the crowds were out enjoying their first outing for 2021.

Not a bit of free water in the wee nature reserve in the Heritage Park so for the moment it appears deserted. The gulls, ducks and swan family were crowded into an ever decreasing area of open water .... if these below freezing temperatures continue there will soon be no swimming space at all.
