Empty car

For a completely unknown-to-me reason I was required in the office today to do the job I can do entirely from home.
There is me, and the two I am supervising.
They both asked why I was in.
I shrugged.

I’ve negotiated being home in time to watch United play.
At least the tube was empty coming in. Fingers crossed it’s empty going home.
