New wheels

The kids used to go everywhere on their scooters, but when Zion’s (which was like Allegra’s - with three wheels - two wheels at the front so smaller kids can balance easier) broke, we told him he could have another but only if it was a two wheeler as needed to learn to balance... he downright refused, and over time Allegra stopped taking hers out.

But recently we started taking hers out, and they fought took turns with it... then suddenly yesterday Zion said he’d like a two-wheeler... and he’s taken to it wonderfully! We walked so much faster today! I was even running at one point (when Sam decided to scoot with Zion on his, and Allegra chased after!).
