Zoom Panettone Bake-Off

After gifting a box of panettone bread mix to our son and our daughter we decided to share the experience of baking this bread in a Zoom bake off. We had lots of fun today and the granddaughters even got to join in. We each baked a delicious tasting loaf of bread although the appearance of each was a bit different. As you can see in the extras, mine rose up and out of the bread pan during the baking.
