Mian = Mee = Noodles
mian (said together: mee-yAN!)
- pronounced in the 4th intonation, the 'forceful' one.

That's the Traditional Chinese character for 'noodles', thank God over here, we learn Chinese in its Simplified form, so for this character, we only need to write the right half of the word, to mean the same thing :)
(Though truly, I must emphasize that the written form of Traditional Chinese is really beautiful, and has much more meaning inherent in those extra strokes!)

This evening, Shihui and I had soupy mian for dinner over here at this shop which sells relatively pricey but mostly yummy Chinese food! She had beef noodles, while I had handmade 'you' noodles consisting of minced meat, some leafy vegetables and an egg.. it's really nice to fill ourselves with piping hot food on such a cold rainy day~
Studying progress: still felt I was somewhat slow, good thing was that there's still progress.. tomorrow's another day, let's strive on together mann!
