Mother and Child Reunion

I met up with three of the lovely ladies (and one of the lovely gents!) from our July 2007 NCT class today. Gosh, six years ago we were all just getting ready for this great journey that is parenthood. I have memories of sitting like a beached whale in the NCT classes changing korma-filled nappies, whilst the men in the class raced each other to fit baby carriers/slings. Most memorable was a written exercise where we divided the day into hourly slots and wrote in how we spent our time whilst the course leader probably inwardly laughed uproariously at how those days would look within a few weeks of that day...cruel.

Anyway...We're spread out a bit geographically now so don't get together very often. Next to Arwen and me and second from the right is a brand new blipper Bumpster who has finally joined the site just as her husband Boyzee reaches his 365! She will also be the next one of us to add to the NCT baby brood very soon!
