Today's the day .............................. to watch your back

Spent some time today watching a cheeky squirrel waiting his chance to rob the bird feeder of its contents under the noses of all the expectant birds in the garden of my brother Ron and Margaret's house.

The heron had him sussed though. He just needed to be a bit quicker off the mark next time if he meant to chase him off .......................


PS Can anyone recommend the best way to defend bird feeders from marauding grey squirrels?!
