Treasure

Oldest surprised me with a gift this morning. He got this calendar at work and wrote notes on it for the entire year. I will take this back to the UK with me soon and keep it in a prominent spot in my home. Of course I don’t need to be reminded to call him or think of him, but I will treasure this gift from him while the ocean separates us, and our visits will be few and far between. While this gift is something I will treasure, the greater treasure is the gift giver. He is definitely a gift to his mom and will be missed tremendously.
