Mini Wood Burner

It's been a pretty quiet day, but we took down the tree, and I once again enjoyed hacking it up with secateurs and saw. I find this deeply satisfying for some reason. The chunkier bits got flung behind the garage on my very informal habitat pile.

We had the portable stove going in the garden - it's called 'the Frontier'. N normally has it with him for the Strathpuffer, which is off this year unfortunately. Still, we made the most of it and toasted a few marshmallows, which the kids enjoyed in a melty mess, squished between chocolate digestives.
