Quite old

but still in use. This derelict house is in the end of a cul-de-sac. The whole end looks quite derelict, it is somewhere in the centre of Reinheim. Other houses, close to this dead end street, are much better maintained and perhaps even a couple of hundred years older. But some have the money and other don't.
The roof of the house looks like it is leaky and will not survive the next storm. Which it will, I am sure, as "old people suffering from little diseases often live the longest".
