Treat

These small Lindaeur bottles were on special at the supermarket.Today was very warm and much more like summer. This morning I went back to jogging club for the first time since my accident. It was good to exercise again and catch up with friends. This afternoon we managed to see both daughters and all 4 grandsons as well as Anne's mother so a day well spent. It is just after 9 pm and still 22°C which is very pleasant. Not dark yet so very nice out on the deck where I have been completing my physiotherapy exercises for the arm.
