Bread
I made a sour dough loaf today.
Bread is one of those things that we tend to grab from the supermarket without a second thought about how it's made or the science behind it. Making bread is actually a lot more complicated than one may think. You have to get the ingredients just right, the temperature just right and the waiting time just right. Its not like making a cake where you can be fairly flexible with all of those parameters.
That said, the good thing about this loaf is that I have a bread making machine so you can just chuck in the ingredients, do something else for 4 hours then tadaaa! Bread!
