Cider & Apples
Another grim day weather-wise, but I did have a job to do and that was to decant our home-made cider and wine from the demijohns to bottles. It's a palaver of bottle washing, sterilising and making a bit of a sticky mess.
How did it taste? A bit 'winky' as Dad would have said. Sharp & sour. Hopefully, as in the past, they will smooth and sweeten by the time summer comes around.
Photography-wise the bottles weren't that interesting so we had some apples lying about (not our own unfortunately - all in the cider!) and I used the off-camera flashes for the first time in a while. And that is why I'm here.
