St Mary the Virgin

I set out intending to walk along the canal but it was so icy that  I was worried I'd slip, so I went a bit further on to the church of St Mary's where I just had a short walk round and took a few photos.

This morning I decided to let my hair dry naturally instead of blowing it smooth and straight as I usually do.  My mother had always told me I had curly hair but I thought that was wishful thinking on her part, however, as is usually the case with mothers she was absolutely right. It's been a bit weird really, I don't look or feel at all like me so tomorrow it will be back to the straightening routine. :-)
