A Different Day

Late to bed this morning after coming in from a party and then watching England v France.
Consequently when I dragged myself out of bed at 08:15 to let the contractors in at work I didn't feel the best.
Home, shower, coffee and then off to pick up the painter to take him into work, dropping Joshua at rugby training on the way.
After collecting Joshua we gathered ourselves and set off on the CVWOC 'Beach Drive'. A few of us left from Chiverton Cross and called in at Morrisons Bodmin where our numbers tripled. Onto a very cold Polzeath, the photo's are above.
Home for a 'rustic' dinner, some TV but definitely an early night.


On a more serious note, one of Joshua's rugby team mates, the coach's son, has been involved in an accident and is intensive care in Bristol.
Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
