Ice ice baby

I abandoned a run after 5 minutes due to sheet ice covering the roads and pavements. It was treacherous. I saw a runner ahead of me go full length as he fell and decided not to risk it!

Jonny and I took pooch for a walk...the ice had started to melt a little so not quite as bad.

Met Jo at Temple Newsome for a walk. Really nice to see her. Jonny took the kids to Rosedale Abbey where there was snow. The Budges were already there so the kids had loads of fun sledging with their cousins.

It meant I had a couple of hours at home this afternoon on my own. A rare treat.
