Opportunist

It's been a week or so since I walked around the cemetery, so I've missed seeing Mr Fox. He's become quite a local celebrity and I've noticed that the path by my relatives' old gravesite has far more folk walking along it. This fox is the reason. He's cottoned on that if he asks, he will get. I had only bird food with me, but he took it and I watched him bury it for later. Clever fox. I know from the local facebook forum that the cemetery staff give him sardines and other tasty tidbits so he's not starving. A few months ago, people were really taken aback by this wild animal on the path, but today fellow passersby just took it in their stride.

My walk with Fred took me to Norwood Park, with a clear view of the city for the first time in days, then up to the back of Dulwich College and round to West Norwood.

The headache has mostly stayed away, thankfully, and everything's quite rosy today as I get into gear for the working week. Plans are afoot. Hope for those of you heading into the office, actually or virtually, the first day goes OK.
