A Christmas gift.

This miniature Phalaenopsis orchid was a gift from my son and the family.I am giving it water ,as prescribed ,i.e.two ice cubes once a week , left on the surface,to melt slowly. I had to look for the ice cube tray,and found it was plastic, which takes ages for the cubes to thaw sufficiently to allow the extraction of the cubes ( which is why I have never used it).
