Christmas cakes

Fifi's cakes are stunning and a lovely  surprise from a good friend. She has started a business decorating  cakes and has done some spectacular  cakes even one for a special crime writer from Edinburgh's birthday.  
I am a lucky girl, especially  as I didn't  bake a cake for Christmas this year for the first time in years.
