Mono Monday

The lad needs new slippers!
We were sitting outside this morning, enjoying a coffee and Christmas cake while listening to the cricket.  A summer pastime.
It was an opportunity to check blips, and what the Mono Monday challenge was.  An interesting challenge this month from Picturemull being given a photo from her blip journal and take whatever from it for your entry.  The blip was of footwear, I won’t say anymore, leave you to check it out.
So, my blip was staring me in the face, Doug resting his legs on the table, with the scruffy (but comfortable) slippers.  The phone was in my hand, used the Portrait mode to soften the background.  
We deserved some rest...we decided to give our double garage a good dung out, throwing out “stuff”, general cleaning.  Still too much “stuff” in there but better than before.
Did some gardening for a while, a visitor arrived so spent the remainder of the afternoon cooling off and chatting.
