Truro estuary

Popped down to Tesco this morning (which is right next to this photo ), just happened to have my camera in my pocket so took a few shots of the river as it comes into Truro. I got to the checkout and then realised I had no money, I'd left my purse at home so had to leave my shopping and return later. Didn't forget my camera though!

I can't select aperture or shutter ?so beginning to think about purchasing a new camera. I'd want one that I can still put in my pocket; does anyone have any recommendations ( nothing too complicated, I'm still learning).
