I just discovered the "12 days of Christmas" trail in my local woods this morning. (Better late than never!) They are small wooden plaques nailed to the trees, each with a picture representing a verse of the carol. This,  obviously is the partridge in the pear tree. They are really well done and deserved a blip, I thought!
