I've fancied giving macrame a go for a while.

I got some cord and hunted around for a free easy wall hanging pattern and off I went.

The cat is enjoying it.

It's tiring on the arms because I am working with really long lengths. I started with 16 pieces all 6m long. I am enjoying it.

I did this during my lunch break as sadly the first day of nursery got cancelled. The boiler at the school has broken so they had no heating. It's been rearranged for next week but I fear tonight's announcement from the PM will mean its further delayed.
