Birthday walk

As none of us had to get up today we had a late start, a walk at the Gog Magog Hills and an expensive takeaway sausage and egg bap & coffee in the car for lunch.  It was as much as we were able to do and it was special for me.

Thank you for remembering my birthday - it always rather surprises me when I get cards and messages as even I can't get very enthusiastic just after Christmas and New Year. 

We've had a lovely birthday tea and are sipping Prosecco.  Have agreed to reconvene in front of the telly for Boris's new announcement at 8pm.  The Covid news is grim and we may not be sipping it after that (we may be gulping it down).
