Housework needed!

I did do a little bit.
What should have been the last group run before returning to lockdown had to be cancelled because of the ice though I did find a short stretch of ice-free, dead-end road for today's running challenge - 10 sprints (they were short ones!).
I expected churches would be closed but hoped we would still be able to run in small groups (it had just been reduced to 8 max last week). At least we're still allowed out to exercise and we'd already decided to have our church prayer meetings on-line
The average infection rate in England is more than twice that of the highest area in Scotland, which has been here for the last few days, but it more than doubled in the last 10 days so better to act promptly.
