Today, I baked

Well herself told me how to set the oven temperature but then I broke open a tube of dough. I unrolled it, cut it into precut triangles,  then rolled up the triangles, from the right ends no less. Then into the oven for ten minutes which Alexa timed nicely for me.

And, ten minutes later, fresh croissants. 

They tasted sort of biscuit like but Lauralea figured they must use the same dough for each type of product they make- in a tube.

Anyway, on an overcast day when it feels as though there will be no end to this pandemic, we did have a win.
