Parcel to No

Trying to send J, in Rotterdam, his last Christmas prezzie.  As the Post Office shuts on Mondays I thought I'd try the Parcel To Go online service.

Three pages of forms later I give up at trying to find the, now mandatory, customs classification code.

I'm sure Sovereignty is all very wonderful, but I'd much rather be allowed to give my son presents.
